A great introduction to dance, addition to your workout routine, or complement to ballet training, contemporary is a full body workout that encourages natural movement, personal expression, and pushing your body’s creative and physical boundaries. Students of all levels will work on dance technique that has them moving through space, working with and against gravity, and exploring complex rhythms and diverse genres of music. Each class is comprised of a warmup, core strengthening, jumps and turns, and an introduction to contemporary choreography in a positive, encouraging environment.
